| Newbury Sub-Aqua Club (NSAC) is a long established SCUBA diving club, based in Berkshire, England.
We are a branch of the British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC). We welcome qualified divers from all diving organisations.
We have an exciting and challenging diving programme to suit divers of all levels.
Our BSAC Nationally Qualified Instructors are able to train from complete beginners to advanced divers. We run many BSAC skill development courses. View our training information.
Newbury Sub-Aqua Club owns two 6m rigid hull inflatable boats (RIBs), both fully equipped with GPS, echo sounder, VHF radios, oxygen administration kits and other safety equipment and tools. New members are always welcome. To find out more, view our membership information, or join us for a try dive.
Branch Evenings
We meet once each week, on Thursdays from 7:30pm, at the Mary Hare School in Newbury and afterwards migrate to the Fox and Hounds, the nearest pub! Although primarily from the Newbury area, our members travel from as far afield as Romsey and Bicester.
Mary Hare School provides us with access to a 3 metre deep swimming pool for training, fully equipped classrooms for teaching and instruction, use of two halls for larger meetings and public lectures and a secure equipment store for our equipment.
During school holidays, you will find us in the Fox and Hounds, from about 8:00pm onwards.
